Returns & Refunds policy

Thank you for shopping with Caixhi! We want you to love what you purchase. Please read our policy below so you know exactly what to expect.

Physical Products

We accept returns on physical products within 30 days of delivery for most items.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

• You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

• The return request must be initiated within the applicable window .

How to start a return:

1. Email us at Help@caixhi.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. We'll send you return instructions and, if applicable, a return address.

3. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refunds:

• Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within [5–10] business days of us receiving the returned item.

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Non-returnable physical items:

• Final sale or clearance items (clearly marked at time of purchase)

• Personalized or custom-made items

• Items returned outside the 30 day window

  Conditions for returns:

In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

• The goods were purchased in the last 30 days or less

• The goods are in the original packaging

The following goods cannot be returned:

• The supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.

• The supply of goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, for example goods which deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.

• The supply of goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

• The supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You should send the goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.

Digital Products

Because digital products (such as workbooks, ebooks, printables, and other downloadable content) are delivered instantly and cannot be "returned" once accessed, all digital product sales are final and non-refundable.

Exceptions may be made at our discretion in cases such as:

• A technical issue prevented you from accessing your purchase

• You received a duplicate or incorrect file

• The file is defective or significantly not as described
